There is something that really stands out when it comes Midjourney generated images. Not sure really what that is, but there is a specific aesthetics to it. The 5.1 raw version leaves the prompted out arts a bit less touched with it, still the Midjourney style stays on top. But… there are always exceptions, and one of those has been spotted: Alexander Markusson (@xandermarkusson) – an AI Photographer. We do love the term so much! The simplicity of the profession name is exactly what the world needs to cover the very complicated nature of the new tool that we are all so enthusiastic about. Alexander however, has made his ‚photography’ really look like ‚photography’. Not too fancy, not too sophisticated, right the way it seems to be the perfect combination of AI and reality. The artist seems to know where the ideal relation between futuristic and current aesthetic trend lays. Mesmerizing images of people, urban architecture, a bit of decay and nostalgia … as if we were on a lookout or a walk with him. Imagine listening to Massive Attack – Unfinished Sympathy and keep on going.
